Save Water with Fake Grass

An artificial turf lawn is an eco-friendly alternative to natural grass. Among the many reasons, it eliminates the need to use lawn mowers, the source of high levels of carbon monoxide emissions. Artificial turf grass also eliminates the use of fertilizers and pesticides. In addition to these benefits, installing synthetic grass also helps conserve water.

Water conservation is a major issue, and not just in desert areas. It is a worldwide problem that affects us all, which means each of us has a responsibility to conserve water whenever possible. This is why many homeowners and businesses are investing in synthetic grass products for landscaping and other applications. Unlike natural grass lawns, synthetic turf grass does not require water.

According to the Southern Nevada Water Authority, every square foot of natural grass replaced with synthetic turf saves 55 gallons of water a year. If you’re searching for a cost-effective way to conserve water and reduce your water bill, consider installing fake grass.
