Bring the British Open to your backyard with artificial grass golf products
The British Open has swung into action (10 – 17 July 2011), bringing the golfing greats to Blighty’s shores once more.
But while the world’s best golfers take to the green in a bid to win this year’s championship, new golfers and spectators can get into the swing of things by perfecting their own game at home using artificial grass golf products.
Ken Hambleton recently said that new, amateur and causal golfers can struggle to perfect their game on the traditional course, and could benefit from playing shorter courses that are just 12 holes long.
According to Golf Online, Hambleton even said that new golfers could be put off by the idea of spending four or five hours on the course – especially before they’ve perfected their game.
New golfers can easily tee-off and putt- away by bringing the open to their backyard with the help of artificial putting greens and golf tee mats, the perfect way to make sure they are up to par in private.
And as drought weather could see club lawns dry up, new golfers could get even more from their artificial grass during Open season.
